First appearance Ch6382

The official Spirit Medium organization of a Strange-plagued plane, credited with holding its human society together and the strongest official power there.517 Its Mist Capital branch recruits Jie Ming as a cooperating researcher and gains his sealing and Strange separation techniques.1524

Overview

Its emblem is an open palm with a single eye, "seeing through Stranges and protecting all living beings".3 It holds over a hundred years of resources, a plane-wide intelligence network and a systematic Strange collection scheme, and its fixed channels between city associations are almost the only contact between cities.1217 It uses death-row prisoners as experimental subjects as standard practice.16 Free monthly public lectures on Strange protection are followed by an internal cash-only auction of gene drugs, Strange materials, documents and sealed Stranges.27
