0. Clark and Kastilla's wedding and the Azrael through-line (Ch801-881)

  • Fifty years pass at the start of the range, and the wedding of Clark and Kastilla is still nowhere in sight.1
  • The Azrael thread then goes dormant for about sixty chapters while other arcs run.3
  • In the Crimson Court, Azrael's faction proposes a formal series of duels as face-saving theater.43
  • Clark fights Azrael to a courteous draw until Azrael breaks the arena's spatial stabilizers.45
  • After the expedition, the eighth-levels call the incident an accident and pay compensation, and Kastilla formally leaves her teacher.48
  • Clark and Kastilla marry on a cloud-meadow plane, and Jie Ming ends the night alone under the stars, laughing.53

1. The Invitation and the road through the public zone (Ch801-807)

  • Felix, Jie Ming's AI projection, delivers a dark-gold invitation to a joint academic exchange conference of the Void Architecture Academy and the Anti-Entropy Alliance.2
  • Jie Ming is to present his 3,000-year-old Self-Stabilizing Field Regulation Protocol.2
  • He travels alone through the lawless public Strife Star Region, where an innkeeper warns him of black wizards.4
  • The innkeeper turns out to lead the band that tampered with his teleport coordinates, and ambushes him.5
  • Jie Ming wipes out the stronghold and learns the ecological structure of black wizards.6
  • In the Public Zone he is poisoned at dinner, and the second group proves to be a staged assassination built on the first group's intel.7
  • He kills them and resolves to let the hidden mastermind expose himself.7

2. Broken Bone Corridor and the Reflection Prism (Ch808-817)

  • Jie Ming deliberately routes through the Reflection-Dimension-contaminated Broken Bone Corridor to turn the hunter into the hunted.8
  • He stumbles into a staged pirate-versus-chamber-of-commerce battle that is really Multiracial Alliance snail-folk baiting the tripe race with a ninth-level artifact, the Reflection Prism.9
  • Both sides decide to kill him, and two eighth-levels fight him and each other.10
  • The Prism annihilates one eighth-level but cannot touch Jie Ming's Dharma Form.11
  • He kills the tripe eighth-level with the Annihilation Form.12
  • He soul-searches the survivors, erases all fate and causal traces, and takes the Prism.13
  • A coordinate reset via the Mustard Seed Dao-Holding True Body Art wrecks his inner world, and he lets the Body Forging Method adapt before using the Ash Return to Origin Hand.14
  • Disguised, he flies to a junction point to fake a route-two alibi.15

3. The Academic Exchange Conference (Ch818-832)

  • Jie Ming arrives at the Void Architecture Academy's purpose-built plane.16
  • Savien, a spatial-studies legend and author of Jie Ming's textbooks, commandeers him for a month of discussion.17
  • At the welcome reception Savien introduces him to the eighth-level masters Bastian and Morna, who cannot match his Mustard Seed overlap technique to any known theory.18
  • At the formal opening, the Mobius family executes a member who moved against him and pays compensation.19
  • Rades's practical-school session covers mental-energy frequency tuning.20
  • Jie Ming presents the Life Homeostasis Field technique, hailed as something that could rewrite legion warfare and raise the fifth-to-sixth breakthrough rate.21
  • Savien privately tells him he was never in the Broken Bone Corridor and to be careful.22

4. Return journey and the Return (Ch833-836)

  • Hogg, a newly minted seventh-level, politely borrows from Jie Ming, and Jie Ming wins a brutal duel by attrition.23
  • A hidden senior seventh-level blows apart his Dharma Form.24
  • Grand-Mentors Noren and Anton, eighth-levels who had been shadowing him, erase both attackers and confirm they were not after the Prism.24
  • Back at the Infernal Sulfur Plane, Jie Ming lends the Prism to Noren and Anton under contract.25
  • Clark tells him, "You did well this time."25
  • Jie Ming audits his gains and gaps and starts work on sixth-level spells.25

5. Interlude (Ch837-841)

  • More than a decade passes, and Jie Ming completes a new Talisman-Rune Artifact.27
  • Dean Avery Knight returns from a long mission.26
  • Augusta, who covered Jie Ming's teaching duties, proposes a joint plane war on a newly found plane.26
  • Jie Ming tests the new spells Terminus Ray, Echo Shell and Void String.28
  • Avery briefs the sixth-levels on a Wonder in the Endless Chaotic Void that will intersect the Workshop's flight path in about 1,500 years.29

6. The Mushroom-Man Plane War (Ch842-857)

  • Several years pass, and Jie Ming and Augusta lead a dozen Augusta-family youngsters against a plane of half-rock, half-fungus mushroom-men numbering over a billion elites.30
  • Augusta gives her "go and conquer this world" speech, and the youngsters are deliberately allowed to take a loss.31
  • A black-giant legion and a Tentacle Tree fleet are deployed.32
  • Jie Ming discovers the mushroom-men are artificial constructs.33
  • The youngsters are ambushed underground, and Jie Ming arrives to their rescue.34
  • The massed mushroom-men themselves turn out to be the contradictory ore-vein spectrum, and the leader wakes.35
  • The leader, having just reached eighth level by devouring its kin, surrenders and signs a master-servant contract with Augusta, ending the war.36
  • The epilogue reveals the race's backstory: a technological civilization exiled them from another plane, which gives a new plane to hunt for.37

7. The New Education Reform (Ch858-860)

  • In a packed all-mentor meeting, a Crimson Court low-level wizard's fetal soul-sampling and cloning technology is combined with Jie Ming's Blood Sacrifice Method to mass-produce top-talent apprentices.38
  • Avery assigns Jie Ming to build the system.39
  • Viola tells him to hurry because their departure time is nearly here: they are simply going to fetch their mentor's bride.40

8. Fetching the bride (Ch861-877)

  • Several more years pass and the admissions system is automated, and Noren teleports Clark, Viola and Jie Ming into Crimson Court territory.41
  • They reunite with Kastilla, who is revealed as a battle maniac.42
  • Viola beats Jessie, and Jie Ming beats Rashid with time reversal, stunning the room.44
  • Everyone is dumped into the chaotic interlayer with spatial fold beasts that mirror each wizard's limit.46
  • Jie Ming and Viola rescue the Scarlet Hive wizards, who choose to help free Clark, and Clark crushes both remaining beasts.47
  • In secret, Azrael's line extracts the Death Husk, a relic that can assist Law Fixation to the eighth level.48
  • Jie Ming had left his beast's remains as a coordinate marker, so the Workshop will harvest Death Husks itself.49

9. Consolidation and the Wedding (Ch877-885)

  • A Dragonman population policy is set.50
  • Jie Ming goes on a Plane Origin buying spree, and several years later all his laws are at 12 or higher.51
  • He plans to make Dragonmen command nodes for dragonblood mushroom-men.52
  • Clark and Kastilla marry, and Augusta mentions preliminary results on the mushroom-men's home plane.53
  • Augusta seeds System-style media into the chaotic region of the mushroom-men's origin cluster.54
  • The Return to Ruins Armor is stripped down to pure defense.55
  • The Great Annihilation Divine Light must be carried by a primitive talisman, which brings the epiphany that the Great Dao is simplicity itself.56
  • The dragonblood mushroom-man legion has already produced seventh-levels, and Jie Ming orders it expanded to ten billion sixth-levels.57

10. The Wonder Investigation (Ch886-900)

  • Several years later, Noren convenes every high-level wizard: the Wonder arrives in 120 years.58
  • Jie Ming joins four elite seventh-levels, Chloe, Ed, Tori Merlin and Alma, and after a five-month flight they find a light-year-scale sphere whose core is a singularity with too-regular element flows, which shows the sphere is an artificial construct.59
  • Tampering with a silver-gray mechanical altar triggers protection, the four teammates die and revive via Substitute Death Dolls, and the altar broadcasts a summons into the deep void.60
  • A mechanical civilization's eighth-level fleet jumps in, and Jie Ming holds for 53 seconds with his full legions until Noren and Anton arrive and dismantle the fleet.61
  • The Grand President, a ninth-level mechanical planet, arrives, and three more eighth-levels were lying in ambush because Noren has been fishing for a ninth-level.62
  • The ninth-level is killed off-page and the spoils are divided.63
  • Anton slips Jie Ming the altar, and he lends it to his teammates for a copy of all results.64
  • Jie Ming hands the eighth-level robot to his Tentacle Tree and plant-people researchers and calls Viola about renting out his other ninth-level creation, and she volunteers herself.65
