Time law¶
The law of time, reached through Water Element origin and described in its ordinary form as a dance of the water element.16 Most wizards who grasp it stop at acceleration and deceleration; its deeper applications are concealment in parallel timelines, afterimages, pauses and localized reversal.6791220 Jie Ming is its principal known wielder, with mastery past one thousand percent.15

- Observer Uniformity Principle: A plane's time flow synchronizes with outsiders' time once observed; a closed plane's time speeds up as another plane approaches.2
