A tower specializing in annihilation-type wizardry and one of the powers around the Noren Workshop, based in the Third Tower Plane Cluster.31233 Long the Workshop's close partner and co-founder of the Junction, it allies with the Chaos Secret Cult for a war against the Workshop, loses, and withdraws to its front-line region.111332

Overview

Its wizards are rich and easy to talk to, and its logistics wizards number about one percent of the whole.35 Its members fight by clashing opposing energies, water and fire, light and dark, matter and antimatter, and carry extraordinary resistance to pure energy damage from their research.161722 Its law is Positive-Negative Annihilation, with several private branch laws.19 Its materialization-type curse protection stops only about twenty percent of Noren's soul-and-concept curses.15
