One of the four major powers of wizard civilization, alongside the Crimson Court and the Void Architecture Academy.¹² It holds a quarter of the wizard civilization⁵¹ and keeps over ten million eighth-level wizards on its books.⁴⁶ Jie Ming counts himself a member,⁵ holds supply treaties with its military department⁵¹⁵⁸ and receives its Level-One Cultivation Protocol.⁶³ In the current war it fields a temporary joint legion with the Crimson Court.⁶⁵

Overview¶

A federation of member factions with high autonomy, among them Noren Workshop, the Tower of Annihilation and the Chaos Secret Cult.²⁵ Its economy runs on military merit: low-level merits are redeemable across the federation,⁴ the merit system lets any capable wizard earn resources, which keeps black wizards rare inside it,⁵³ and its official points are accepted even in public junction points outside the great powers' rule.⁵⁷ A unified magic network, run by the artificial intelligence Felix, sells intellectual property for merit at a ten percent commission with instant runic review.⁷³¹

Control rests on an eternal contract branded in every wizard's soul, which lets the Federation monitor life status remotely.¹⁶ A vast official teleportation network covers the heartland while the frontier relies on public junction points.⁵⁴ Its wizard powers routinely modify small planes into mobile ship-plane fortresses,²⁰ and its war machine is the Quantum Entanglement Flagship, a ring over ten million kilometers across.³⁶
