Eighth-level World Lord of the Giant Spirit Realm, titled the Steel Sovereign, listed in the pre-battle intelligence as a being that reveres absolute power.16 One of three World Lords in a loose alliance hired by a vaster world for the war against the wizards.5 Killed by Dixon when its origin-burning escape fails against the blockade.8
